We design custom furniture for the Hospitality designer, architect, and property end user. Our design process follows the standard process from Concept Design, Design Development, Pricing, Coordination with related trades. We offer our clients a rigorous shop drawing and submittal process for approvals and cohesive coordination of our design products.

Upon approval of our design of products, we begin the fabrication and manufacturing process. We manufacture locally in Gardena, California. While upholstery and finished woodwork are our main focus, we also work in metalwork, glass, mirror and stone. We understand the multi faceted priorities of our clients teams from designer, ownership, management, sales, food and beverage, engineering and housekeeping, and our purpose is to comply and address their priorities and concerns on a daily basis.

In our consulting services we offer Pre-Construction consulting to include Furniture Budget projections, Existing Furniture Inventory and assessment of conditions, Supplemental Furniture Budgets, Purchasing and Manufacturing Estimates and Projected Fabrication, Purchasing and Installation Timelines and Schedules.

We offer ongoing maintenance and repair services to all our clients. This includes seasonal work to ensure our clients furniture is on top shape throughout the season of the year. Depending on the scope of work needed we may delegate a team to a hotel property year round onsite or we may offer repair and maintenance services from our shop on an as needed basis. Our goal is always to ensure our clients furniture is on top shape for the experience they offer their guests.
