The Third Degree offers Pre-Construction Furniture consulting services to Hospitality Owners, Developers and Hospitality Operating Companies. We offer preliminary cost estimates and overall property budgets to be plugged into the overall Project Budget.
Our scope of work includes specialty decor items such as Bars, Screens, Interior Design Features as well as the loose furniture required by the property.
Furniture Scheduling Coordination :
The Third Degree offers Furniture, Finishes and Equipment FF&E Scheduling consulting services to Hospitality Owners, Developers, Operators and Contractors. Given our former experience in Architecture and Interior Design we offer overall consulting on schedules and coordination of the construction trades to ensure a seamless completion process. Our consulting work includes our own scope of work and the work of supplemental purchasing agents and related trades.
Furniture Maintenance, Repairs and Preventative Practices:
The Third Degree offers advice on proper selection of finishes and materials specifically for Hospitality Furniture proper Wear and Tear and in compliance with the Design Team’s Vision and Intention. For our ongoing clients we work closely with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams to schedule repairs and remodeling of furniture without disrupting the Hotel’s operation and guest experience. Our consulting work is offered for both our own work as well as advisors to our clients in regards to furniture by others.
