Our Company
We are a Hospitality Furniture Company. We design, manufacture, and maintain the furniture for Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs and Commercial Hospitality Properties.
Founded in 2009, as an Interior Design business, in 2016 we focused our services to include Furniture, Finishes and Equipment, for both existing and new construction projects and properties.
Our fabrication process is set up to serve as a Subcontractor in serving the designer, architect, owner their representatives and coordinating with the trades of construction in the field.
For the Hotels our services go beyond design and include the ongoing repair and maintenance of furniture for our Hospitality Clients.
Leadership
Rey III Viquez, Founder, CEO, Designer
Rey3 founded TTD in 2016, with a strong foundation in the design business from his years at Gensler, where he designed for properties such as Sony, Dreamworks, Disney. TTD is a subsequent development venue from his previous Interior design business founded in 2009.
The Third Degree has now portfolio of work including Hotel properties such as The W/Marriott Brand, the Montage hotels, Springboard Hospitality, Hyatt JDV Hotels, The Kimpton Hotels, IHG Hotels and Resorts, and multiple Restaurant and other Hospitality brands.
Christopher Behrendt, Operations, Production Supervisor, Designer
Christopher Behrendt’s diverse background in woodwork, wood sculpting, and hotel management, positions him well to oversee operations, quality control, and production at The Third Degree. As the director of operations, his experience in both craftsmanship and hospitality management likely contributes to the company’s success in delivering quality products and services.
